Exciting Opportunity for a Inside Sales Team Leader.

We are searching for an experienced Inside Sales Team Leader to play a crucial part of the building phase of the Inside Sales team.

The Inside Sales Team is a new team in the European organisation who will be responsible for building our processes and procedures focusing on high account load and low spend accounts within the Aftermarket sector. Through a remote sales approach, the team will maintain and expand our current Inside Sales Accounts and convert Reactivated Accounts with a secondary focus on introducing new business via in-bound and out-bound accounts.

Reporting to the Aftermarket Sales Director Europe, the Inside Sales Team Leader will have leadership responsibility for 5-10 team members, starting with a small team of 3 and growing to approximately 10 as we establish our processes and drive sales within this sector.
