Job Duties and Responsibilities •Performs invoicing following the established process for Aviation international customers in preparation issuance •Processes (invoices) payments for import duties on (ISO standard) tanks where applicable •Performs reversals of invoices and rebilling as necessary •Compiles and reconciles sales data to ensure efficient monthly reconciliations and customer invoicing. •Provides effective response to sales and delivery queries for early resolution. •Provides reconciliations for inventory stored, issued and or delivered at various locations •Coordinates with relevant Airfields and Shipping Department to order and expedite Avgas, Jet and ISO tank replenishment as applicable. •Excellent Customer Services aptitude •Good oral and written skills •Competence in basic accounting •A collaborative approach and strong team player •Detailed and focused approach •Effective Organizational and Time Management skills •Willingness to work extended hours as necessary...
