Job Descriptions:
• Monitor Build to Suit product introduction activities to property agents, associations, customers and other potential parties.
• Plan, organize, evaluate and monitor the implementation of the Build to Suit project (including sales call planning, project implementation schedule, etc.)
• Monitor and analyze consolidated leasing management data accurately and on time
• Monitor the recording and storage of data related to reports, agreements and important documents
• Monitor and coordinate in preparing budgets, SAP, and other administrative activities related to operations
• Coordinate and follow up supporting documents required for BTS operational activities (permits, application forms, copies of certificates, etc.)

Job Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in related major
• Minimum 6 years of working experience in the field of property business development and 2 years experience in the same position
