JOB DESCRIPTION
• Introduce guidelines for tenant relations in the mall.
• Issue work permits for tenant activities and ensure paperwork is complete.
• Supervise installation of branding, signage, and promotional displays.
• Handle tenant complaints and requests.
• Promote tenant involvement in promotional activities and branding.
