• Review staffinc services performance for every project in appointed area
• Responsible for supporting project fulfillment, monitoring, managing, training and offboarding
• Create regular reports related to metrics and what is happening in workers and clients
• Build and execute engagement programs, especially for workers, such as building forums, creating program engagement, or actively conducting focus group discussions with workers to collect crucial on-the-ground insights, hold development discussions, provide meaningful redirection, and reinforce feedback in a psychologically safe and supportive manner.
