Key Purpose:

We are looking on behalf of our client for the position of Head - HR who will be responsible for overseeing all HR aspects of the company. Will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization. You will work closely with HR leaders, business managers, and executives to identify talent needs, design effective talent management programs, fostering a culture of innovation, transformation and ensure the organization's talent pipeline aligns with its strategic objectives.
