Job Description

The rendering and controlling of commercial and administrative functions to ensure the efficient and cost-effective operation of the Trade Energy Division.
• Maintain and improve on the quality, efficiency and confidentiality of services rendered, in support of the “Customer Services” policy and minimize client complaints and claims.
• Ensure that monthly KPI targets (minimum 85%) is reached and maintained.
• Liaise with and assist Branch and Line Management.
• Assist with the application and reviewing of cost control measures.
