RAIN is seeking a Deputy General Manager - Process to lead and oversee the Process department at its plant in Unit 1, Ramapuram (Village), Mellachervu (Mandal), Suryapet (District), Telangana.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pyroprocessing activities of the cement manufacturing process involving preheater, rotary kiln, and cooler sections. Additionally, you must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
• Organize the production according to the dispatch schedule and ensure maximum plant uptime by controlling process parameters while working to meet output and quality targets
• Monitor clinker production daily to ensure high quality and maintain the company’s long-held reputation for manufacturing good quality cement products
