Job Description:
• Teach English at both the foundation and academic levels
• Create test papers, exams, and question banks
• Recruit and train new lecturers
• Plan, implement, and assign teaching tasks to lecturers
• Manage, organize, and carry out experiential activities for students, such as contests, clubs,..
• Do other tasks assigned by the Head of Academic Department

Requirements:
• Hold a master's degree or higher in English Language, TESOL, or related fields.
• Have leadership and management skills, innovation mindset
• Dedicate to students and education
• Have ability to build, lead, and develop skills for a team; create and foster a dynamic learning environment
• Candidates with equivalent experience in private universities or study and work experience abroad are preferred
