We are searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Operations Coordinator with extensive knowledge in the inspection industry to join us!

Requirements :
• Possess Bachelors Degree in Naval Architecture or related major.
• Minimum 5 year experiences as Surveyor CPO & Marine/Coordinator/Supervisor, preferably in shipping or the same industry.
• Have excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure, detail-oriented, and independently or in a team.
• Work Location: Batam.

Responsibilities :
• Ensure that all operations activities are executed on time and within budget, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
• Identify and address operational problems and inefficiencies, also work closely with sales team and to achieve goals.
