Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior HR Generalist to join our HR team and support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions
• Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date
• Assist with employee relations issues, including investigating complaints and helping to resolve conflicts
• Can make company regulations
• Support the HR team in implementing HR programs and initiatives
• Help with HR administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining HR systems, Payroll
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Support other HR projects as needed
