Responsibilities:

Process Improvement:
• Identify and analyse existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.

Design and Development:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, to ensure that product designs are manufacturable.
• Create and implement new manufacturing processes and systems.
• Design or improve tools and fixtures to aid in the manufacturing process.

Quality Assurance:
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product consistency.
• Investigate and resolve manufacturing-related quality issues.
• Collaborate with quality control and inspection teams.

Cost Analysis:
• Conduct cost analysis for manufacturing processes and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Work towards minimizing waste and optimizing resource utilization.
