Position Description:

As an Outbound Sales Resource, your primary responsibility is to source business from the market and fulfill leads generated by branch staff and other verticals. You will be expected to adhere to the KYC and AML guidelines of the bank for account opening while focusing on quality acquisition and cross-selling of key products.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Outbound Sales Sourcing:
• Acquire quality new accounts for CASA, including both resident and non-resident accounts, through various channels such as catchment working, cold calls, referrals, and internal databases.
• Strive to achieve value in the accounts opened independently and meet defined productivity norms.
• Ensure strict adherence to KYC/AML guidelines during the acquisition process.
• Fulfillment of Leads:
• Assist in fulfilling CASA leads generated by other verticals within the laid-down TAT guidelines to meet customer commitments.
