• Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events such as Opening New Outlet, Product Launches, Trade Shows/Expo, Conferences, Seminars, Workshop, Competition and other external-internal events.
• Develop event concepts, themes, and objectives in line with marketing strategies from Head of Marketing.
• Manage all aspects of event logistics including venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, transportation, accommodations, staffing and marketing tools.
• Oversee event setup, production, and breakdown, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to timelines.
• Develop event budgets and manage expenses to ensure events are executed within budgetary constraints.
• Work with Procurement to negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to optimize costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Brand Department to develop event marketing plans and promotional materials to drive attendance and engagement.
