Your Responsibilities
• Development and establishment of an efficient and effective recruitment and applicant management process
• Coordination with the HR Business Partner regarding the personnel requirements in the various areas and departments of the company
• Sourcing of candidates through online channels such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
• Performance of interviews and elaboration of job offers that reflect the specific requirements of each position as well as alpitronic's corporate culture (cultural fit).
• Organization and attendance at job fairs and recruiting events to build a strong candidate pipeline

Your Qualifications & Skills
• Degree in human resources management, business administration or a relevant field
• Several years of experience working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Hiring Manager, HR Business Partner or a similar role in a company with manufacturing plants
