ACS DOBFAR S.p.A., an Italian multinational corporation, leader in the production of APIs and Finished Products, is looking for a:

SAP IT Analyst (Modules Finance, Administration & Business Controlling) to join our IT Department.

The position is open at the site of Tribiano (South-Milan) or Verona.

Language Skills Expected:

1. Native proficiency in Italian or C2 CEFR Level

2. Intermediate level in spoken and written English.

Main Activities Expected for the Job:

1. Analyze and resolve technical SAP issues (incident management) within their area of expertise based on tickets assigned by the ERP Service Manager. Escalate to the second level of helpdesk (vendor) when necessary.

2. Manage requests for new SAP functionalities or modifications within their expertise area, interacting with internal clients from listening, gathering requirements to implementing the solution (demand management).
