We are looking for an experienced New Product Development (NPD) professional who is responsible for product development, formulation and production of Meat-based Prepared Food products.

Candidate must possess good experience in working with food preparation processes viz. mixing, forming, cooking, preservation and evaluation.

Must possess strong scientific knowledge in functional properties of food ingredients.

Ideal candidate should have a background in Food Technology/Food Science/Food Processing/Culinary Sciences/Hotel Management or experience as Sous Chef/Executive Chef with mandatory exposure to the development of prepared foods in the food processing industry.
