For our plant in Lucca (Porcari), we are looking for an Operations Leader. You will have 6 direct reports and related staff (totally about 40 people) and you will be responsible for the entire manufacturing setup (5M’s perspective in production and maintenance areas), reporting directly to the Operations Manager. Lucca’s site, part of Essity PLD, counts around 150 people with 2 Tissue Machines double width (including cogeneration unit), in addition to a converting department for folded products (Hankies and Napkins), the role is in the converting department.
