Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor at Resonance Ayodhya Study Centre located in Ayodhya. The Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in academic and personal matters. Key responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, identifying students' academic and personal needs, structuring support programs, collaborating with teachers and staff, implementing behavioral interventions and providing support to students with mental health concerns.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education or a related field
• Minimum of 1 years experience in counseling and/or education
• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and maintain trust and rapport with students, colleagues, and parents
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
