Job Requirements

Responsibilities:
• Perform basic landscaping duties, such as tree trimming, weeding, and watering of plants.
• Order and maintain cleaning supplies and maintenance equipment.
• Conduct basic repairs on landscaping and maintenance equipment as needed.
• Replace light fittings and broken globes.
• Ensure the safe handling and storage of volatile cleaning liquids and gasoline.
• Ensure that utility projects are completed in a timely manner and properly signed off.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in landscaping or maintenance work is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping techniques and equipment.
• Ability to perform basic repairs on equipment.
• Familiarity with handling volatile cleaning liquids and following safety protocols.
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
