Our client, an African investment firm with global standards has been growing investor's assets and providing investment management services for retail and institutional investors since 2005 and is currently seeking an Investment professional to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and proper implementation of trade instructions received from the portfolio analysts for the underlying portfolio strategies. This involves optimising the successful execution of transactions in their respective markets, whilst minimising price slippage to the investment instruction/ objective.

This includes managing the administrative and fiduciary responsibilities from acceptance of instruction.

As dealing is part of a larger trade implementation process, the successful candidate will also be responsible for integrating the function into the business and ensure that daily activities are communicated timeously at both ends of the process.
