JOB SUMMARY

The Quality Assurance Manager would work as an independent contractor for Tory Burch, you are a critical cross functional partner, pivotal in delivering an aesthetically and quality authentic product
• Manage QA/QC activities for production of Handbags & Small Leather Goods (HB&SLG) in Cambodia and Vietnam to ensure the products meeting Tory Burch Quality Standard
• Lead the HB&SLG QA team in Cambodia and Vietnam, monitors team performance and provides coaching and development to the team members against company objectives
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement of quality performance and achieve the best-in-class in the region.

• Lead QA team in Vietnam and Cambodia to conduct QA/QC activities before shipment delivery;
• Solve all quality issues from Handover to Shipment;
