RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Work alongside the Vietnam Country Managing Director and Senior Management Team to ensure that I Can Read Vietnam delivers from an Academic Operation Perspective to a consistently high standard, thus maximising business performance.

2. Manage, lead and monitor directly the Teachers Team & indirectly the PD team to ensure that I Can Read Vietnam Teaching Team is delivering all ICR programmes to a consistently high standard, thus maximising student growth and retention.
• Academic Department Management/Leadership

Scheduling : Perform full range of supervisory duties including through scheduling

Teachers, Coordinating PD Team & part time teachers to cover class.

Meeting : Host & conduct weekly meetings with Senior Teacher, PD Team, teacher team

Recruitment : Work with PD Team, HR Teacher Recruitment Team to source ideal profile teachers, forecast annual Teacher Recruitment needs and determine strategy to meet both forecasted and un-forecasted needs plus... More Detail
