Job Description: Earthmoving Equipment (Plant) Manager

Definition
The Plant Manager’s main focus includes developing and coordinating maintenance programs for all heavy equipment company wide. Coordinating, estimating, documenting, managing, and often implementing repairs to equipment fleet. Management to include the scheduling of equipment mechanics and lube techs as well as managing vendors for these tasks.

Education and Qualification Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
2. 5+ years of experience in equipment management
3. Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair techniques
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Effective communication and leadership skills
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and equipment inventory software
