Bukka Hut is hiring for the role of Restaurant Supervisor.

Location: Ikorodu

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Train, mentor, and empower team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling costs.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements:
• BSC/HND in any related field.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the QSR.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
