Description

We are hiring a DEI Program Manager who will enable the successful development and execution of the DEI Strategy by managing and or leading key DEI projects.

This is done by:
• Developing and managing project plans, acting as liaison with Global Talent Operations, facilitating and coordinating meetings and events to generate ideas and decisions and to gain agreement among stakeholders around tasks and deliverables.
• Providing project management for a set of crucial DEI projects simultaneously that will significantly impact the Steelcase Global DEI strategy.
