Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated fresher or experienced to join our team as a Tele-Caller/Lead Generator. As a Tele-Caller/Lead Generator, you will be responsible for connecting with doctors and healthcare professionals through outbound calls and guiding them through the recruitment process.

1. Connect with doctors and healthcare professionals via outbound calls from our software.

2. Enquiring about their preferences.

3. Updating the software with relevant information after each call.

4. Preparing detailed reports on a regular basis.

5. Sharing reports with the immediate senior.

Qualifications

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Fluency in English required. Knowledge of additional languages would be a plus.

3. Should be Proactive.
