Job Description:
• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, Dice, Monster, Career builder, social media, networking events, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific technical roles.
• Conduct initial screening interviews with candidates to evaluate their technical knowledge, communication skills, and cultural fit for potential positions.
• Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Learn and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines, update candidate profiles, and track recruitment activities.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment-related documents.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and team members to learn best practices, strategies, and industry trends in IT staffing.
