Position description: FLCC Officer provides awareness through Financial Literacy & Credit Counseling Programs.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Area/Village Survey - Undertake survey & identify areas – villages / wards having potential for formation of SHGs/JLG.
• Create baseline information about the group & individual members.
• Financial Literacy - Conducting Financial literacy on expenditure management, savings, borrowing for enterprise activity and insurance.
• Business Drive - Tracking file movement from sourcing till disbursement.
• Pitching cross sell products to customers during FLCC and branch visit
