About The Role & Team

Reporting to the General Manager and managing a team of 3 productive Administrators, the Business Manager is responsible for planning, organising, leading and managing the day to day prisoner services and purchasing operations of the prison. We're looking for a positive team-player who is flexible and open to change - we usually have a lot of projects and new systems being rolled out in the business.You'll also enjoy being a team leader, supporting, mentoring and engaging your team.
