About The Role

Glints is seeking a target-driven and strategic Business Development Executive to join our team, to expand our business not only in Vietnam but to Southeast Asia. You will be at the front of Glints and help us to grow our client base, particularly within the Banking, Financial Services, Securities, and Insurance sectors. The mission of this role is to drive sustainable growth through outreach and forge strong relationships with clients.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Develop a business development strategy focusing on Vietnam as well as strategies to penetrate the Southeast Asia market.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Negotiate high stakes contract which leads to complex deals closure
• Strengthen our fast-growing South East Asia team
