Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacy Cluster Manager at myMD Healthcare Pvt Ltd located in Kolkata. The Pharmacy Cluster Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple pharmacies, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring that services are in compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies. The Pharmacy Cluster Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and improve patient outcomes.

QualificationsPharmacy Technicians and Pharmacy Practice skills
Experience in managing pharmacy inventory and supplies
Strong knowledge of prescription drugs and immunizations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and manage a team
Bachelor's degree in any field (Pharmacy is a plus)
Experience in healthcare management or operations is a plus
