- Must have good understanding of US staffing business, Bench sales recruiting and marketing process.
- Coordinating the entire recruitment process until the consultant is on-boarded.
- Build a strong network of clients for bench placements, gain market intelligence, and leverage the existing talent pool for referrals and contacts.
- Duties include planning a digital campaign,and measuring the performance analytics of a campaign
- Handling strategic online initiatives
- Experience with media/advertising strategies and execution such as Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, SEO /SEM
