As a Branch Operations Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the branch operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include processing and disbursing files, handling branch administration activities, customer follow-ups, coordination with the central operations team, preparing MIS reports, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for customer KYC verification, timely payments processing, and maintaining high standards of data accuracy and completeness.
