Function description

For an Onshore Wind Project in NL we are looking for Winch Operator. You will be responsible for:
• Conduct regular safety drills and inspections
• Operating the Winch: Using controls and mechanisms to manipulate the winch, pulling or releasing the cable as needed
• Monitoring Equipment: Keeping a close eye on the winching equipment to ensure it is functioning properly and safely
• Safety Procedures: Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries during winching operations
• Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on the winch to ensure its continued functionality
• Communication: Collaborating with other team members, especially when working in a team setting or coordinating with equipment operators, to ensure smooth and safe operations
