Prime Job Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

• Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

• Lead sales strategy and execution for all B2B clients.

• Develop market and competitive assessments to identify and drive new opportunities.

• Develop new relationships with industry (restaurants, hotels, retailers, etc.) key executive decision-makers.

• Create a plan to deliver against assigned quotas/targets consistently.
