Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Waiter at Hotel Villa Cimbrone located in Ravello. The Head Waiter will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, supervising wait staff, coordinating with the kitchen staff, and maintaining quality standards. The Head Waiter will also be responsible for assisting in menu planning and providing recommendations to customers.
