What will you do as HR Manager?
• You are an MT member, reporting directly to our Executive Board, have vision and set HR policies within Bayards;
• You are an excellent sparring partner for our Management and MT members;
• You co-determine the HR policy and strategy which supports the goals of the organization and colleagues;
• You are our advisory body for all questions within your field of expertise;
• You work in the HR field on both tactical and operational levels and enjoy combining this to keep in touch with what is going on;
• You deal with a wide range of HR issues from strategy to discussions with colleagues;
• You manage the HR Advisor who works at our Heijningen office and our Payroll Administrator;
