Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Advocate at Adv Ashish Saidas Swar & Associates located in Mapusa. The Associate Advocate will be responsible for providing legal services to clients under the supervision of a Partner, performing research, preparing briefs and other legal documents, appearing in court as required, and participating in client meetings. The Associate Advocate will also manage and maintain effective relationships with clients, work collaboratively with other team members, and provide excellent client service.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law
• Admission to the Bar Council of India
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in legal practice in a law firm, corporate legal department, or similar environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrated through pleadings, petitions, legal notices, and corporate correspondences
