Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pastry Chef at Villa della Pergola located in Alassio. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for preparing and designing desserts and baked goods to the restaurant and hotel standards. This involves creating new recipes and modifying existing ones, as well as coordinating with other chefs and staff to ensure timely and efficient service to guests.

Qualifications
• Professional training in pastry arts or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, including baking, chocolate work and plated desserts
• Experience in creating, testing and modifying recipes
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• A passion for culinary excellence, creativity, and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
