• Assisting in food preparation process
• Ensure that all food cooked and served is of high quality
• Ensure that all food is served at a safe and appropriate temperature
• Always maintain sufficient stock levels
• Assisting with deliverables and restocking
• Contributing to maintain kitchen and food safety standards.
• Ensure that all areas in the kitchen are always kept clean and tidy- assist with clearing, washing within the kitchen including in depth cleaning
• Undergo on the job training to develop cooking and kitchen organisational skills
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
