Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 and any additional agricultural qualification will be an advantageous
5 – 7 years experience in a seminal management position
Stable working history
Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English
Valid driver’s licenseExperience with the following:Orchard Management:
Plan, develop, and maintain the macadamia orchard, ensuring it is well-organized and efficiently laid out
Oversee planting, grafting, and tree care to ensure healthy macadamia treesCrop Monitoring:
Regularly inspect trees for signs of disease, pests, or nutritional deficiencies
Implement pest and disease control measures as needed.Irrigation and Nutrition:
