Do you want to become part of our Performance & Rewards team and to actively support us in giving something back to our employees?

We are offering students from different disciplines an internship at Allendorf (Eder) immediately or as soon as possible and/or - given the current pandemic situation - “hybrid” from any place of residence in Germany.

Your Tasks

As a part of our Performance & Rewards team you’ll manage various tasks:
• Content-related collaboration and organizational support, e.g. in the conception and further development of incentive and compensation systems
• Carrying out research and analysis as well as preparing trends and forecasts relevant to the labor market
• Activities in the project management office
• Support in the creation of operational standards and tools in an international environment
• Development of English-language presentations as well as texts and content for internal communication platforms
