· Receive and process sales orders

· Ensure all sales order processing and customer queries are handled timeously

· Follow up on back orders

· Process local and export orders

· Complete export documentation and liaise with customer/ transporter

· Complete legal paperwork for export orders

· Arrange product and marketing samples as requested by customers and External Salespersons

· Assist with export price adjustments and price control

· Liaise with the stores regarding, incoming stock and deliveries to customer

· Assist the sales teams as and when required

· Assist with stock take

· Assist with Debtors collections on continuous basis

· Execute tasks for other divisions

· Continuous support to other branches

Undertake other duties and responsibilities as directed within scope

· 1 - 2 years Internal Sales experience in Local / Exports /Technical Sales

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Understanding of Inventory Control

ERP systems knowledge (e.g. Sage)
