Job Description

•To focus on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation and effective cost controls, directly implement brand standard, achieve guest satisfaction (RPS) targets and heartist satisfaction goals

•Organizes and supervises food preparations in line with the occupancy and consumption forecasts

•In conjunction with F&B Director, prepares the menus and à la carte choices

•Keeps up-to-date with changes in culinary trends and monitors competitor F&B offers, quality etc.

•Supervises the staff restaurant and stewarding service

•Ensure all food served are being closely monitor and governed by food safety measures and meet with the highest food hygiene standards, particularly HACCP standards

Work Experience

•Minimum of 8 to 10 years food of cuisine/kitchen management experience, preferably in a large luxury resort setting with MICE facilities

•Vocational certificate or diploma in professional cuisine
