•Organizes and supervises food preparations in line with the occupancy and consumption forecasts
•In conjunction with the Executive Chef and F&B Manager, prepares the menus and à la carte choices
•Coordinates with restaurant serving staff in order to ensure that service runs smoothly
•Supervises the staff restaurant and stewarding service
•Is actively involved in the local area to keep up-to-date with culinary trends and competition
•Ensures training needs analysis of restaurant staff are carried out and training program are designed and implemented to meet needs
•To focus on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation and effective cost controls, directly implement brand standard, achieve guest satisfaction (RPS) targets and team member satisfaction goals (EES).
Work Experience
•Vocational certificate or diploma in professional cuisine
