The Cell Executive will be in charge of to carry out administrative and commercial processes at the regional level. You will report directly to the Customer services manager. This position is based in Tultitlan.

Key Responsibilities
• Management of validation and issuance of agreements, which derive from agreements made between the commercial area and the concessionaires by region.
• Monitoring and application of product returns, whether due to commercial negotiation, material with erroneous specifications or other requirements within the authorization matrix.
• Manage information and management reports both by region issues and shared processes within the operation.
• Telephone support by region and customer demand to provide service on requests, follow-up, support and clarifications required by customers.
• Joint work with commercial and control areas to execute processes or special requests in their management section.
