Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Soft Skill Trainer - NGO. The Soft Skill Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions and workshops on various soft skills such as presentation skills, training & development, life skills, communication, and other related areas. The trainer will work closely with NGOs to develop and deliver customized training programs.

Qualifications
• Presentation Skills, Training & Development, and Life Skills
• Good Communication and Soft Skills
• Command in conducting training sessions and workshops
• Ability to develop and deliver customized training programs
• Some Knowledge of NGO sector and social issues
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Master's degree in a relevant field
