Job Description:

As an Engineering Team Lead staff Engineer, you will play a key role in facilitating discussions, leading decision-making, and driving engineering excellence within your team. You will define and execute engineering plans, drive engineering best practices, and maintain the hygiene of production systems for the areas under your ownership. You will be responsible for the health of the business directly owned by your team, challenging business and product on outcomes, and being accountable for engineering outputs. Additionally, you will hire, mentor, and retain a best-of-class engineering team and manage stakeholder relationships across various functions.
