Position Summary

We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity available to be part of the Korn Ferry RPO team! Our client, a global leader in Medical Equipment Manufacturing is looking for a Recruiter to be based in Batam, Indonesia to work onsite on a hybrid arrangement. This role requires a close partnership with stakeholders and optimizing client relationships through excellence in the recruitment process including sourcing, screening and assessing candidates, whilst becoming an expert in the market and helping guide our clients through the recruitment process.
